Key Duties:
Water Operations & Maintenance Management:
Develop and execute a comprehensive Water Operations & Maintenance Plan and related Enabling Projects for the ACs, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Supervise water O&M activities, including subcontractors, within the ACs, placing a strong emphasis on the inspection and qualification of water treatment plants for TSM certificates.
Ensure a seamless transition at the initiation of contracts within designated areas, incorporating rigorous inspection processes for water treatment plants.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Generate detailed monthly and annual performance reports against Agreement KPIs and performance indicators and emphasizing the inclusion of inspection outcomes for water treatment plants.
Oversee the maintenance of water networks, reservoirs, and pumping stations with a focus on qualifying facilities for TSM certificates.
Non-Revenue Water Management:
Spearheaded the creation and execution of NRW reduction strategies, focusing on leakage control, meter management, illegal connection detection, and system rehabilitation to minimize water losses.
Developed and conducted comprehensive job training courses and technical workshops to enhance loss reduction expertise for staff across 25 affiliated companies. Provided technical assistance and support to the Loss Control Department.
Implemented specialized business plans to manage NRW in water networks, collaborating with departments such as DMA, GIS, Hydraulic, and Water Networks to streamline and optimize NRW management strategies.
Established DMAs through field investigations and data analysis, focusing on minimizing real losses through meticulous leakage control planning and strategic data utilization.
Developed and operated a web-based monitoring platform to oversee DMA and DMZ across Egypt, allowing real-time tracking of water distribution, leakage control, and performance analysis for enhanced system efficiency and decision-making.
Analyzed water loss data from meters, SCADA systems, and other monitoring devices to optimize network operations, identify inefficiencies, and track progress.
Conducted regular inspections of Water Treatment Plants and managed water network cleaning procedures to ensure water quality standards were upheld.
Collaborated with metering and billing departments to enhance customer billing accuracy, improve meter management, and reduce commercial losses due to metering errors or billing discrepancies.

Distribute tasks among ACs water O&M teams, overseeing the implementation of works and emphasizing the qualification of water treatment plants for TSM certificates.
Define and implement the water O&M annual budget at the ACs, considering necessary improvements identified during water treatment plant inspections.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Safety Procedures:
Foster collaboration and interaction with NWC entities and local authorities at the ACs, incorporating inspection outcomes for water treatment plants.
Support the definition of Health & Safety procedures and action plans, ensuring their implementation at the ACs, with a focus on safety during water treatment plant inspections.

Lead the implementation of new management processes and tools at the ACs, integrating innovative approaches for water treatment plant inspections.
